Brady Thomas Rice

Brady Thomas Rice is the Founder and President of The BTR Group, Inc. and Managing Member of Ascension Group. With over two decades of experience across investment banking, asset management, development, and industrialized construction, he brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to complex real estate environments.

He is currently leading and advising projects across the U.S. Mountain West—including Montana, Utah, and Colorado - as well as international destinations such as Baja California Sur, Mexico, and Canada. A graduate of Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management (Class of 2007), Brady remains engaged in professional and philanthropic communities through organizations such as YPO, Sigma Chi, Alpha Kappa Psi, and Cornell’s Dyson Advisory Council.
